Information for Overseas Customers
We are based in the UK, although we happily ship worldwide and can take US dollar cheques and credit cards. However certain products are either not available or are possibly unsuitable for non-UK customers - see below for some of the caveats which may apply to certain products.
UK Spellings
Since we deal in software to help with reading and writing, some of our products use UK spellings. If you are from North America or another part of the world which does not use British English, these products may not be suitable for you.
Not available in some countries
Owing to dealership agreements, there are a few products which we cannot sell to certain overseas countries (usually North America). Where this is the case, please contact us and we may be able to advise you of a local stockist.
Available overseas, but...
Whilst we are happy to ship products overseas, many of the products we sell may be available more cheaply from your local stockist. We are currently looking for an American partner with an interest in dyslexia who will stock the same range of products, and will give as good a service in satisfying orders from North America, as we do in Europe. Meanwhile we hope that all visitors, from anywhere in the world, find the information equally helpful.
