We aim to provide high quality computer systems with excellent support, exceeding the needs of customers with disabilities and dyslexia.
In order to do these we try...
- To provide excellent, accurate and timely customer service; from information to quotes, delivery, training and support
- To find the best and best value products and offer them for easy, convenient selection
- To work with manufacturers and publishers to continue to develop and improve their products
- To provide an environment, including training and job planning, where all employees can realise their potential, identify with their work and enjoy achieving excellence through hard work
- To take the lead in developing standards of excellence for our industry and all areas where we are involved
- To meet our obligations to our environment and to our children by reducing waste in the energy and resources we consume; and by selecting products to reduce their impact on our ecology
- To make sufficient profit to enable us to do the above, to pay good rates for good work, and to provide a reasonable return on investment.
We do not pay a commission on sales to anyone. We want our staff to give you the advice that is best for you, not what is most lucrative for them.
We do not pay anyone according to the number of calls handled per hour — if we are in a hurry it's because we have other customers like you who we need to respond to (and just occasionally because we need to get somewhere else, promptly, at the end of a hard day!).
