We can now offer a complete range of ergonomic desks and chairs. Working in conjunction with one of the UK's leading suppliers, we can arrange a DSE (Display Screen Equipment) assessment to be done in the student's home by a trained assessor.

Before we arrange the visit we need the student to fill in a measurement form to give us as much advance information as possible to help us select the most suitable equipment. You can download the form from the link below. You will need to print off a copy as you cannot enter text in the PDF.

Once we receive the form we will check the availability of our assessor and contact you to set up a visit. During the visit, we assess the current equipment being used and talk to the individual about any problems they might be experiencing whilst studying. This will cover their existing seating, workstation and IT equipment. If any training is required this will be done at the time of the assessment.

If there is a specific requirement e.g. a seating issue, we will have 2-3 chairs available for the individual to try during the assessment to make sure that any equipment suggested is suitable. The assessor will write up a report listing the suggested equipment and a quotation of the costs. We also offer a set-up service for equipment supplied at an additional charge.
